No. If you don't have a domain we'll help you pick and register one — domain registration is included free in your first year, then £20/year from year two. If you already have a domain, we'll connect it for free and it usually takes less than an hour.

Not a problem. We can use high-quality stock photography that fits your industry, and if you need a logo, we design a clean, simple one for free. Many clients start with stock images and swap in their own photos once they have them — it's a quick update and takes minutes.

Yes, always. Once we've built your site you get a full preview link before a single visitor sees it. Review every page, every section, every word. If anything isn't right — wrong colour, different layout, missing content — we fix it. Nothing goes live until you give us the go-ahead. Most clients approve within the same day after 1–2 rounds of revisions.

Yes. On all plans we handle the core copy — your homepage, services section, about section and contact page. We write it based on the brief you give us: what you do, who you serve, what makes you different. If you already have copy you're happy with, we'll use that instead. On Premium and Custom, we write more extensive SEO-focused content for each landing page.

Absolutely. We'll ask about your brand preferences at the start — colours, style, tone, any websites you admire. We design to match your brand, not a generic template. If you don't have brand guidelines yet, we'll suggest a direction based on your industry and the look you're going for. Nothing is set in stone until you sign off on it.

Yes. Professional email is included on the Premium plan, and available as an add-on for +£5/month per inbox on the other plans. It includes full setup, spam filtering, and works with any email client — Outlook, Gmail app, Apple Mail, whatever you prefer. It's one of the most popular add-ons we offer. We'll send a friendly reminder first — life happens. Your site stays live for a short grace period while we sort it out. If payment isn't resolved, the site will be suspended (not deleted). Once payment is made it goes straight back live. We're not aggressive about this; we'd rather keep you as a happy customer.

It depends on your plan: Starter includes 1 page, Basic up to 5, Core up to 15, Premium up to 25 plus dedicated SEO landing pages, and Custom is unlimited. Every plan includes the essentials your business needs — Home, Services, About and Contact. Need more pages than your plan includes? You can upgrade at any time, no penalties.

Yes — every website we build includes a contact form as standard. When someone fills it in, the enquiry lands straight in your inbox. On Core and above we can also build more advanced forms — multi-step forms, booking request forms, quote calculators, and more.

Yes, as many times as you need. Text changes, new photos, updated prices, opening hours, seasonal banners and small new sections are all included in your monthly fee. Call or WhatsApp us and changes are usually done the same working day. Bigger jobs — like extra pages or a full redesign — are quoted first, so there are never surprise charges.

Google Business Profile copy and optimisation is included on all plans — you own and verify the listing, we write what goes in it. On Premium, we also build dedicated SEO landing pages targeting your key search terms. Ranking takes time, but we make sure you start on the right foot.

Yes — Google Analytics is set up on all plans as standard. You'll get a dashboard showing how many visitors your site gets, where they come from, which pages they visit, and how long they stay. On Core and above, we can also set up conversion tracking so you can see how many visitors contact you or fill in a form.

Yes. We run daily automatic backups on all plans. If anything ever breaks — a broken form, a server issue, anything technical — we fix it as part of your subscription. You don't pay extra for maintenance or emergency fixes. Just let us know and we'll sort it, usually same day.

Yes. A blog is included on Core and above. It's one of the best ways to improve your SEO over time and establish authority in your industry. We set it up ready to publish, and we can help with your first few posts. On Starter and Basic, a blog can be added as an optional upgrade — just ask.

Yes. We can integrate a live chat tool (such as Tidio, Crisp or similar) on Core and above. Live chat can significantly increase the number of leads your site generates — visitors who might not fill in a form are often happy to send a quick message. Ask us about this when you sign up and we'll set it up on day one.

You own all your content — every word, image and asset you provide belongs to you. Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. If you ever decide to leave, your domain stays yours and we'll export all your content in a format you can take anywhere. The design and code we build are licensed to you while you're subscribed, so the site itself comes down at the end of your last paid month. We're a subscription service, not a hostage-taker.

Yes. An online booking system (for salons, trades, consultants and so on) is included on Core and Premium, and an online shop with checkout is included on our Premium plan. If you need something more complex — member portals, custom integrations, payment systems — ask us about our bespoke option. Still £0 upfront.

Yes. While we're based in Ashford, Kent and work with businesses across the UK, we can build for clients anywhere — Ireland, Australia, the USA, Canada and beyond. Everything is handled remotely by phone, WhatsApp and email, so you never need to meet us in person.

When you cancel, the site is taken offline at the end of your current paid month and removed from our servers. We'll give you a full content export before that happens. Your domain remains yours — we'll transfer it back to your control if it was registered through us. Nothing is deleted without notice, and we'll always remind you before anything permanent happens.
