Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and we apply the same care to the websites we build for clients. Last reviewed: June 2026.
1. Our commitment
The FREE Websites is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible — including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need larger text or reduced motion. Accessibility isn't an afterthought for us; it's part of how we build.
2. What we do
- Clean, semantic HTML so screen readers can understand page structure
- A "Skip to main content" link to bypass repeated navigation
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus styles across pages and forms
- Colour contrast that meets the AA standard across the main page content
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and labels on icons and buttons
- Respect for your "reduced motion" setting — animations are minimised if you prefer
- Responsive layouts that work when zoomed and on any screen size
- Readable fonts and sensible text sizing
3. How well we're doing
We believe this website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated tools, and we fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content we don't fully control (such as embedded video or maps) may not always meet the same standard.
Known limitations we're working on: a small number of interface elements — such as the floating WhatsApp button and the cookie banner on mobile — may fall slightly below the AA contrast target, and full manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of the multi-step onboarding form is ongoing. We're actively correcting these. If anything is difficult to use, please contact us (below) and we'll help and prioritise a fix.
4. The websites we build for clients
We build accessibility into every site we deliver — the same semantic structure, contrast, keyboard support and reduced-motion handling described above — so your customers can reach you whatever their needs.
