Our service, backed by policy

A lot of agencies say "no risk" or "satisfaction guaranteed" without ever defining what that actually means. Here are our four guarantees in plain English — what we promise, what happens if we don't deliver, and how to get a refund if needed.

Once we've got everything we need from you (business name, what you do, how to reach you), your site goes live within 48 hours on Starter and Basic plans. Core, Premium and Custom may take 2–5 days depending on scope — we'll tell you the exact timeline before you pay.

Once we've built your site, you get a full preview before a single visitor sees it. Review every page, every section, every line of text. If anything isn't right — wrong colour, wrong tone, missing content, different layout — we fix it.

We don't press "publish" until you send us the go-ahead. No pressure, no "good enough" — your explicit sign-off is required before your site goes live.

Text changes, photo swaps, opening hour updates, seasonal banners, new sections — all included in your monthly fee. Send us a message before 2pm UK time, Monday to Saturday, and the change is live the same day.

Month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days notice. No exit fees, no penalty, no "please stay" pressure. We earn your fee every month, or we don't deserve it.

When you leave, you keep:

• Your domain — registered in your name, transferred back to you
• All your content (text, images you provided)
• A full content export in a portable format you can take to any other provider
• Your Google Business Profile (you own it from day one)

What we don't guarantee

Because every agency that promises everything is lying. Here's what's outside our control.

We can't guarantee a #1 Google ranking

Anyone who promises that is lying. We can guarantee technical SEO foundations, mobile speed, schema markup, sitemap submission and Google Business Profile setup — the things you control. The rest depends on your industry, location and competitors.

We can't guarantee specific enquiry volumes

Some businesses get 50 enquiries a month from a website. Some get 3. It depends on your niche, demand, search competition, and whether you're running ads. We build the foundation — what comes through it is mostly down to your market.

We can't refund domain registration fees

If we registered a domain on your behalf (£20/year), that fee is non-refundable — but the domain is yours to keep, transfer, or use elsewhere. It's a one-time external cost paid to the domain registrar, not us.
